We will send your order via Australia Post

Prices for shipping are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow 2 business days for us to pack your order.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Your order delivery times are provided as guidelines ONLY and do not account for delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is provided to us by the freight company.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.kairabeauty.com.au / KAIRA BEAUTY is NOT responsible for any international duties, customs, taxes or any similar charges applied to your order including VAT. ALL duties, customs, taxes and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes). Customs officers will contact you if this applies to your order. 

Kaira Beauty accepts NO responsibility for ANY additional international charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid.

Depending on the shipping destination, the customer may be charged duties, customs and/or taxes. These local taxes, duties, customs and other similar charges are the responsibility of the customer.

KAIRA BEAUTY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES AND/OR CUSTOMS.  These international duties, taxes and/or customs charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Please note due to COVID-19 and carrier service delays, some delivery timeframes may be impacted. Please check auspost.com.au for updates on delays depending on the country.

Generally, the shipping times will be 2-4 weeks after dispatch. The tracking number will be emailed to the recipient of orders.

 

Incorrect Address
Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. 

DAMAGES

www.kairabeauty.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
